Four people are in the running to be crowned the Channel Islands Pride of Britain Fundraiser of the Year.

The winner of the regional award will go to London and represent the islands at the glitzy, star-studded Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards.

The third of our four nominees is Harry Zambon.

At 21 Harry suffered a stroke which left him paralysed.

He was then diagnosed with glioblastoma, a rare form of brain cancer.

It was during this difficult time that Harry started to look for ways to help others.

As a health and fitness coach he trains people who have suffered a stroke or cancer for free.

He has raised more than £12,000 for the Jersey Brain Tumour Charity which supports patients and their families.

Despite suffering another stroke earlier this year and fighting his own battle with cancer, Harry continues to raise money and help others when he can.
