Teenager walks 36 miles for charities that supported his dad through cancer treatment

A Jersey teenager has walked 36 miles this weekend to raise money for the charities that have helped his dad throughout his cancer treatment.

Jack Rondel and his brothers were fundraising for The Friends of Jersey Oncology and Cancer Research UK.

They completed the challenge in just over 9 hours, and crossed the finish line with their dad, Deputy Richard Rondel.

So far, they have raised over £20,000.
