Care Inquiry website suspended over potential data breach

The Independent Jersey Care Inquiry website has been temporarily suspended after concerns of a potential data protection breach.

While cataloguing the documents to put them online, Jersey Archive has identified a number of inconsistencies in the redactions of confidential information within the original inquiry material.

The States Greffe says the suspension is only a precautionary measure as there is no evidence a breach has occurred.
