'No meaningful analysis' of Guernsey's 'open skies' policy, says Blue Islands
A local airline has written to Guernsey's deputies asking them to reconsider proposals for an 'open skies' policy.
Blue Islands say that after discussions with the Committee for Economic Development this month, they are not convinced the new route development will work.
In the letter, Blue Islands also say that the opening of routes to improve competition, will undermine year-round service provision from local airlines.
The plans will be debated at a States meeting on 18th July.
