Man in critical condition after industrial accident in Guernsey

A man is in a critical condition after an industrial accident in Guernsey.

Police were called to the Bridge in St Sampson on Sunday morning just after 9 o'clock.

After being found at the scene, the man was taken to the Princess Elizabeth Hospital where he has been treated for a head injury.

The Health and Safety Executive is investigating the incident.
