Plans to build 22 properties on conservation site in Guernsey
Planning bosses in Guernsey have released proposals to develop a site in St Martin's Village.
If the plans are approved it could mean that 22 new properties could be built in the area.
However the project could prove controversial with a portion of the site being inside the St Martin's conservation area.
It is also next to the local primary school.
The site covers an area of roughly 1 hectare and also includes the St Martin's public car park.
Planning officials are inviting comments to the draft development framework, and islanders have until the 1st June to get their responses in.
It will then be considered by the Development and Planning Authority.
