World premiere of Guernsey-based film takes place

The world premiere of the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society took place in London last night.

Deputy Gavin St Pier and other politicians from the Economic Development were at the event.

The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society film will be released in cinemas on April 20.

On Thursday (April 12), the Beau Sejour will be rolling out the red carpet for a black-tie reception and screening of the film, followed by a more informal event the following day.
