Places of worship not forced to conduct same-sex marriages that go against religious laws

Churches, chapels and other places of worship will not be forced to conduct same-sex marriages that go against their religious laws, if an amendment to the draft marriage law is passed.

The Corporate Scrutiny Panel announced several proposed changes today, including a 'tolerance clause' that would be extended to those who couldn't conduct the nuptuals on religious grounds.
