RNLI St Helier crew called out to assist two boats

The St Helier inshore lifeboat was called out on Sunday evening for the first time in 2018.

Trained firefighters from Jersey worked with St Catherine's RNLI crew, who are providing cover on the inshore lifeboat, to rescue the two boats.

One boat had suffered mechanical problems and the other, whilst assisting the first, had run out of fuel.
