Family of murdered Guernsey woman Sarah Groves may apply to the high court
The family of murdered Guernsey woman Sarah Groves may apply to the High Court in Srinagar after key witnesses failed to show up.
One key witness appeared at the 106th hearing today. Dr Iqra was one of the doctors who conducted the autopsy in Kashmir in April 2013.
A court order may force the remaining 15 witnesses to attend future hearings.
Richard de Wit denies murdering Sarah Groves on a houseboat in Kashmir in 2013.
The next hearing will take place on Friday 24th November.
