Jersey Reds make two changes for Pirates clash
Harvey Biljon has made two changes to his Jersey Reds team for the visit of Cornish Pirates tomorrow night in the Championship.
The Reds boss has kept faith with the same 22 players that secured the club's first league win of the season at Hartpury last weekend, although props Roy Godfrey and Jake Armstrong will start, with Jake Woolmore and Leeroy Atalifo dropping to the bench.
Biljon's men enjoyed playing Pirates last term, beating them three times in all. They defeated them home and away in the league and prevailed in their last Friday night match at home, in March, as they sealed a spot in the semi-finals of the B&I Cup.
Jersey should take confidence from recovering from a 12 point deficit to win by a point at Hartpury last time out, and one of their try scorers in that game, Kieran Hardy, says a win tomorrow would represent a good start to the season....
