Health Minister promises 'cultural change' after Jersey Care Inquiry report

Jersey's Health Minister says authorities in Jersey need to help bring about a cultural change, where people are encouraged to professionally challenge each other.

Senator Andrew Green has been speaking to ITV News, giving his response to the conclusions of the Jersey Care Inquiry, which were published yesterday.

The damning final report heavily criticised Jersey's authorities for failing to intervene during decades of abuse that took place within the island's care system.
