New judge expected in Groves murder trial
A third judge is expected to take over the trial of Sarah Groves' alleged killer in India.
It has been going on since 2013, shortly after the Guernsey woman was found dead on a houseboat in Kashmir.
Judge Rashid Ali Dar will be replaced in the near future, following his retirement.
Dutchman Richard de Wit is accused of killing Sarah, but her father says he has effectively been on hunger strike.
Vic Groves says De Wit was hospitalised at the last court sitting "for counselling".
He has since been released, and is understood to have examined two witnesses in court yesterday.
The trial has faced numerous delays, partly because De Wit fired his lawyers and argued he wanted to represent himself.
