Fire service search water for missing 75-year-old woman

Firefighters in Jersey have been searching areas of water around Devils Hole, as part of an operation to find a missing 75-year-old woman.

CCTV footage shows Valerie Jehan getting off a bus in the area on Friday around noon.

Jersey Fire and Rescue used a drone to search Devils Hole itself, while the water rescue team scoured other water areas.

Jersey Water also drained a nearby reservoir so the team could carry out "a quick yet thorough search".

The lifeboat, air teams and police have all been involved in the operation with Jersey Red Cross supporting them.

Anyone who was around Devils Hole between midday and 6pm on Friday are being asked to contact police.
