Guernsey FC have got a player “at the top of his game” in new loan signing Cameron Pring, according to Bristol City’s director of youth recruitment.

The left-back is the third player to make a loan switch from the Robins since the two clubs agreed a partnership last month.

Pring replaces fellow defender Kodi Lyons-Foster who has returned to his parent club, while Jake Andrews, who has scored five goals in four appearances for the Green Lions, has had his loan spell extended by a further month.

Both players are in Tony Vance’s squad for tomorrow’s trip to Horsham and Brian Tinnion says he expects them to be available for all of Guernsey’s away trips in January, and their home game against Whyteleafe.

He described Cameron Pring as an athletic, attack-minded left-back.
