If you have experienced suicidal thoughts or are struggling with mental health, there is plenty of support available to you in the Channel Islands.

Below is a list of organisations who can help you, and details on how to contact them.

Samaritans

The Samaritans say you can talk to them any time you like, in your own way, and off the record – about whatever’s getting to you. They, importantly, remind you that you don’t have to be suicidal to get in touch.

Mind

Mind say their team is ready to provide information on a range of topics, including mental health problems, places where you can get help, and they will help you find specific help and support from wherever you are calling.

Childline

Childline say that if you are worried about anything, big or small, don’t bottle it up. They say it can really help to talk to someone and that if there’s something on your mind, they are there for you.
