Local boxer banned from sport for breaking doping rules

A local amateur boxer has been banned from all sport for two years, for attempting to use banned substances.

Luke Graham was investigated by UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) after Guernsey's Courts told the organisation Graham had been convicted for importing anabolic agents including testosterone.

Graham, who is from the island, admitted the attempted use of a prohibited substance.

The UK anti-doping organisation are reminding people that any information to do with doping activity can be helpful.
