Brian Little: Players need to prove commitment
Jersey football manager, Brian Little, has told ITV News he wants his players to "prove" their commitment to the cause.
The former Aston Villa manager told us in his three months in the role a number of players had been missing training sessions for "minor reasons".
He added players had to show their desire by turning up to sessions on the nights when it is "mucky, dirty and raining" or when there is "something good on the television."
On our 6pm programme, Little also conceded organising competitive fixtures for the team had been more difficult than he initially thought it would be when he joined as Director of Football 18 months ago.
The current Villa board member spoke to us with a little over three weeks until the 100th Muratti at Springfield.
