Hundreds of thousands of pounds have been spent on plans to restore Fort Regent, a Freedom of Information request has revealed.

There's been numerous reports and public consultations on what should be done with the struggling States-owned facility.

The total money spent is nearly £200,000 in ten years.

What the money was spent on:

  • Architectural Design - £102.209.03

  • Project Management - £44.179.49

  • Traffic Study - £14.938

  • Focus Groups Workshops - £10.650

But could there finally be a brighter future for the fort on the horizon?
