Jersey look to retake Squash Inter-Insular
Jersey will host the annual squash Inter-Insular this weekend, they will be looking to avenge their loss from last year. It was the first time Guernsey won the event since 2008.
Unfortunately for Guernsey their star player, world No.22 Chris Simpson, who was so instrumental in their historic 2015 triumph, is not available for selection and will be replaced in the Men's number 1 spot by Martin Watts.
Jersey's Director of Squash, Nick Taylor is confident that Jersey can once again get back to winning ways.
Guernsey's Men’s captain Henry Birch is confident that this squad of players is good enough to win the Inter-Insular but expects a really hard day of competition.
