Sark's Carl Hester won freestyle dressage gold at the London International Horse Show at Olympia last night.

Hester, 48, who won Olympic team dressage gold with Charlotte Dujardin and Laura Tomlinson in 2012, claimed victory with a score of 83.750 with his horse Nip Tuck.

His new routine was daring and difficult but his 11 year old gelding pulled it off perfectly.

Fellow team GB rider and Olympic, world and European champion Charlotte Dujardin took silver.

Dujardin was riding another one of Hester's horses called Uthopia
