A woman from Jersey has spoken of the moment she used CPR to save her husband's life.
Linda Gully called 999 when her husband Peter went into cardiac arrest.
It comes as emergency services are encouraging islanders to learn vital life-saving skills as part of their 'Restart a Heart' campaign.
Jersey Ambulance Service and St John Ambulance have been in Kings Street, St Helier, to teach people the basics of CPR.
They want to stress that it is always better to try to help someone, than to stand by in fear of harming them.
