Skill, agility and above all fun, that's the message from the guys down at Cromford Mill this weekend as they launch this years Pancake Day race, if a little earlier than Shrove Tuesday itself.
It's open to all ages and organisers say you can bring your own frying pan and take part in the short distance race whilst flipping your pancake.
It's £1 to enter and there are prizes to be won so it could just be a flipping good day out!
