Black Lives Matter Protests across the Midlands
In Nottingham, tram services have been disrupted after protesters lay on the tracks. Traffic around Birmingham Airport was also brought to a standstill after demonstrations in Birmingham.
Protesters stop tram services in Nottingham
Trams are not able to run between Royal Centre and Market Square. There are currently protestors lying on the tram tracks. Reports suggest it could be a protest linked to the Black Lives Matter movement.
