The jury heard, in a police interview Luke Harlow told police that he went to sleep at his house around midnight on Saturday 14th November and that when he woke up the next morning Kayleigh wasn't there.
He said Stephen Beadman came round later to get his keys and that he had scratches on his face. He said Beadman told him that he'd got them during his work as a landscape gardener after a tree fell on him.
