'Large fire' at recycling plant in Oldbury

West Midlands Fire Service media officer Wayne Little gave this update on live video streaming app Periscope about the Oldbury recycling plant blaze overnight.
He confirmed that 200 tonnes of cardboard and plastic had gone up in flames, but reassured people it was not toxic.
Fire crews are continuing to tackle to the blaze this morning and residents are being advised to keep their doors and windows closed as a precaution.
