A former social worker at a children's home in Nottingham has been found guilty of sexual offences dating back to the 1980s.

Andris Logins, 57, has been found guilty of 15 counts of indecent assault and 4 counts of rape.

Police in Nottinghamshire have urged victims of sexual abuse to come forward about their experiences,.

It comes after former social worker Andris Logins was found guilty yesterday of carrying out a string of sex attacks at a former children's home in Nottingham.

Police told ITV News Central they want survivors to feel safe speaking to officers.
