Seriously ill teenager has dreams come true through Text Santa

ITV's Text Santa show gets underway on Friday and thousands of people have got involved to raise money for a good cause.

One of the charities to benefit from the show this year is Make-a-Wish. The charity grants wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions.

Jim Lynskey from Worcestershire has had numerous health problems from birth. But his dreams came true when he got to meet his favourite band. Watch Rajiv Popat's here:
