The moment killer confessed to murder in interview

The moment a convicted killer confessed to murder in an interview with detectives has been released by police.

Brothers David and Roger Cooper were today jailed for the murder of Coventry Costco worker Sameena Imam.

An eight-week trial heard that Roger Cooper spent at least a month plotting to kill the 34-year-old - one of his three lovers - to prevent her exposing their two-year affair.

In a police interview David Cooper admitted to using chloroform "to shut her up". He later later retracted the admission of his guilt.

Sameena Imam's family have given permission for the recording to be released.
