Two teenagers and baby killed in Derbyshire house fire

Flowers have been left at the scene of a fatal house fire in Derbyshire, in which two teenagers and a baby died.

The grandfather of a 17-year-old girl who died in a flat fire with her baby daughter in Derbyshire has paid tribute to the "loveable children" as he laid flowers at the scene.

Amy Smith and her six-month-old daughter Ruby-Grace Gaunt, died in the blaze at her home in Langley Mill along with family friend Edward Green, also 17.

Three men are being questioned on suspicion of murder.

Book of condolence opens for Langley Mill fire victims

Books of condolence for the victims of the weekend's fire in Langley Mill, in which three people died, is now open at two local churches.

The books will be open today at St John's Church, Cromford Road, Aldercar between 9am - 6pm and St Andrew's Church, Station Road, Langley Mill between 9.30am - 1pm and 4pm - 6pm.

People are invited to sign the books, pray and donate money to those affected by the tragedy.
