Two teenagers and baby killed in Derbyshire house fire

Flowers have been left at the scene of a fatal house fire in Derbyshire, in which two teenagers and a baby died.

The grandfather of a 17-year-old girl who died in a flat fire with her baby daughter in Derbyshire has paid tribute to the "loveable children" as he laid flowers at the scene.

Amy Smith and her six-month-old daughter Ruby-Grace Gaunt, died in the blaze at her home in Langley Mill along with family friend Edward Green, also 17.

Three men are being questioned on suspicion of murder.

Mother 'would've been too frightened to jump' from fire

The great grandmother of a young mum who died in a house fire along with her baby daughter has told ITV News she "would have been too frightened to jump."

Jean Smith laid flowers at the scene of Sunday's fatal fire in Langley Mill, Derbyshire.

Amy Smith, 17, her three-week-old daughter Ruby-Grace and 17-year-old Edward Green died in the blaze.
