Whist this event is run by a separate company, The Belfry recognises it is important that the experience delivered is as promised. We are therefore very supportive of the decision to temporarily close the journey until improvements are made. All customers who have booked between 23rd and 25th November have been contacted by The Magical Journey with further information. The Belfry, who have provided only the use of the land, will be looking for reassurances reopening that The Magical Journey is fit for purpose."
