Tory Conference brought £17million to the region

The Conservative Party conference finished in Birmingham today, and it is believed to have brought £17 million to the region's economy.

The Prime Minister was the last to speak yesterday at the city's ICC. Since Sunday, delegates have heard addresses from the Home Secretary, the Foreign Secretary and Boris Johnson, among others.

More than 14,000 delegates have visited the city over the last four days.
