The veteran actor Sir David Jason is visiting RAF Syerston in Nottinghamshire.
The star of hit TV shows Only Fools and Horses and A Touch of Frost has come to the base for the handover of 25 new flight simulators.
Jason, 74, who has a helicopter pilots licence, is a big fan of the RAF Air Cadets who learn to fly gliders at Syerston.
