East Midlands Airport has reopened after part of the landing gear of a cargo plane failed after landing.

Flights suspended to and from East Midlands Airport due to incident on the runway involving a cargo plane. It means the runway itself is closed.
Passengers are advised to contact their airline until further notice. There is no current estimate as to when flights will resume.
