Today marks the 30th anniversary of the satirical puppet show 'Spitting Image'.
It was made by ITV in its Midlands studios and first aired on Sunday 26 February 1984.
The show lampooned famous political, royal and media personalities of the day and its satirical content often went much further than any TV show had gone before.
