Four men have appeared in court charged with robbing a woman and intention to cause grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of her husband while they were on holiday in St. Lucia.
Roger Pratt, 62 and from Warwickshire, was killed as three armed men climbed aboard their yacht moored off the coast of St Lucia in January.
His wife Margaret Pratt was injured in the attack but has been released from hospital.
The men will appear in court on 11th April for a sufficiency hearing - that is to determine whether there is sufficient evidence to commit them to trial.
