Inspectors slam HMP Oakwood
The biggest prison in the country, HMP Oakwood in Wolverhampton, has been slammed by inspectors in another blow to its private operator G4S.
HMP Oakwood prisoners 'were not given toilet roll'
The Chief Inspector of Prisons has slammed to state of HMP Oakwood and expressed shock at what he and his inspectors saw when they visited.
Nick Hardwick says prisoners were asking inspectors for toilet roll, clothes and envelopes while they were there.
