Hugh Jackman bumps into old student on red carpet

Hollywood star Hugh Jackman has bumped into a pupil he taught on his gap year at Uppingham School in Rutland.

The 44-year-old X-Men star worked as a teaching assistant at the school during his gap year in 1987.

Jackman was walking the red carpet at the Zurich Film Festival in Germany, when he spotted one of his former pupils, Rollo Ross, who now works as a freelance reporter.
