Derby school pioneers 'two teacher' classrooms

A school in Derby, thought to be the first in the country to put two teachers in each classroom, has achieved a 100 per cent success rate in its SATs results.

It is an astonishing turnaround for Grampian Primary which six years ago was struggling with poor achievement and bad behaviour.

The "double teacher" approach is now attracting interest from other schools.
