The mother and stepfather of Daniel Pelka have been jailed for life and must serve a minimum term of 30 years. Magdelena Luczak,27, and her partner Mariusz Krezolek, 34, were found guilty of the four-year-old's murder on Wednesday.
The biological father of Daniel Pelka has told ITV News that his son could have moved to Poland, if only he knew that he was no longer wanted by his mother.
Eryk Pelka separated from Magdalena Luczak when Daniel was just 18 months old.
He said: “Why Magdalena don’t tell me, why? I take to me, to my family, and we live together, I have two [children], and one more child is not problem for me.”
He added: “I want [the] same pain for Magda and Mariusz.”
