Holiday makers and plane enthusiasts at East Midlands Airport witnessed aviation history today.
The brand new Boeing 787 Dreamliner took to the skies for the first time with passengers onboard.
The plane boasts a host of revolutionary new features, and can apparently reduce the effects of passenger jet-lag.
Thomson say the Dreamliner will also fly from East Midlands to Sanford and Cancun in Mexico.
