Concerns have been expressed over the timing of the terror explosion, which took place in Tipton on Friday.
The Sunni Confederation of Sunni Mosques said:
There is a deep concern among the Muslim communities about the intent of the attack and its timing.
The attack was planned for the first Friday of the month of Ramadhan and around the time of the Friday prayers.
Many people were expected to attend the prayers that day.
Anybody planning that attack intended to cause casualties.
