The police have confirmed that two people died after their light aircraft crashed in Leicestershire.
The accident happened near Fenny Drayton yesterday evening.
Air accident investigators began a complete investigation this morning.
Inspector Luke Russell said last night:
It is not clear at this point where the aircraft had taken off from and where it intended to land.
