The family of an 8-year-old girl, whose organs were removed after she suddenly died in India, have tonight held a candlelit vigil.

Gurkiren Kaur Loyal's family want her organs to be returned to Britain, so they can properly grieve for her.

In the colours the 8-year-old loved most people spelt out the name justice

Almost three months after her death, Gurkiren's death remains a mystery. The schoolgirl was from Hockley in Birmingham and was on holiday in India with her family. She was taken to a clinic with mild dehydration but she died after being given an injection with an unknown drug.

Her family want to know what caused her death, but when Gurkiren's body was returned to Britain her organs were missing, without them new tests can't be carried out to determine how she died.
