Former Villa star Lee Hendrie retires

Former Villa star and England player Lee Hendrie has announced his retirement from football.

The 35 year-old scored 27 goals for Aston Villa and he went on to play for Stoke and Derby in the Midlands. Hendrie will end his playing career in the number eight shirt at Tamworth.
