Mental health professionals are continuing to talk to a 22-year-old man suspected of stabbing to death 16-year-old Christina Edkins on a bus in Birmingham city centre on Thursday (March 7).
The man was sectioned last night under the Mental Health Act 1983. He's been moved to what police describe as a 'secure facility' for further assessment.
Many people arrived at the scene today to lay flowers, including Philip Partridge.
He says that his brother died under tragic circumstances. Philip told ITV News Central how Christina's death brought back memories.
