Two members of staff from the Crown Prosecution Service have appeared in court charged with conspiracy to commit fraud.
It's alleged Lisa Burrows and Tahir Mahmood conspired to claim taxi expenses to the value of at least £1 million.
The prosecutor said the charges follow a compaint by the CPS and an investigation by West Midlands Police into the two members of CPS staff.
