A memorial service to remember those police officers who have been killed in the line of duty takes place this afternoon at York Minster.

The Home Secretary Theresa May has joined hundreds of police to remember officers who have died on duty.
The service in York came just two weeks after the deaths of two officers in Manchester.
PC Fiona Bone, who grew up in Castle Donington in Leicestershire, and PC Nicola Hughes were shot dead while on duty.
