A major route into Nottingham could be closed for days after a fire at a garage underneath a road bridge last night.

More than forty people have been evacuated from their homes following a fire at a car garage in Nottingham.
Several explosions were heard during the blaze which broke out just before midnight. Structural damage was also caused to a nearby bridge. Phil Brewster reports.
